Dear Mr. Popolizio:

We wanted to bring to your attention, and thank you, for the superior service we received for our daughter’s wedding reception. Our guests had a wonderful dinner, service, and experience, that was given high marks by all!

Your staff, in particular, Rit Ruzzo, went above and beyond, to make sure our experience was the best it could be. The evening was well-organized by Mr. Ruzzo, which averted any stress or anxieties we may have had. Rit’s calm demeanor and direction helped to keep the event running smoothly. He even wore a pink vest and tie to match our wedding colors!

Hat’s off to the chef, who we never had the opportunity to thank for an excellent meal. All the dinners were served quickly and hot, which I am sure is quite challenging for large parties. We received so many compliments on the three meals – filet mignon, chicken parm, and stuffed sole. What an absolutely delightful reception we offered to our guests, at a reasonable and affordable price!!!

Finally, a big “thank you” to Sue for coordinating our lodging at the Inn. We had a lovely overnight stay, and truly appreciate her attention to detail.

Unfortunately, oftentimes customers may be quick to criticize and bring unflattering comments to the attention of the business owners, while the happy customer does not take time to acknowledge a job well done. We wanted to take the time to express our sincere thanks and let you know what a beautiful wedding reception we had.

The first thing I have to say is that our perfect day expectations were met, and blown away, with the quality of food and service provided at our wedding. It was a real pleasure working with you to make all of the arrangements leading up to our day!

The facility itself is simply a "home run". We looked at more than a dozen locations, ranging from the Mohawk Valley to Albany and north to Saratoga Springs. When we took our tour of the facility for the first time, our first impression was enough a week later you had our deposit. We even picked our wedding date around the availability of your facility.

We are not kidding when we say that we did not hear anything but compliments from all of our 140 guests. We heard comment like: "The best wedding I have been to in a long time", "I have to come back here for dinner", and "absolutely gorgeous reception with amazing food!"

We believed that the venue would "make or break" our wedding reception and we were so fortunate that we came across yours! The process of deciding the menu, table locations, bar options, etc. can be mind-boggling, but working with you, and your experience, made it so easy.

We highly recommend The Terrace at Waters Edge to anyone looking for a phenomenal wedding reception facility, with exquisite food and service.
